Tata Motors Enters Surakarta’s Car Rental Industry

Chosen by the Surakarta Car Rental Association for its global reputation and strong guarantee commitment

Surakarta, 21 May 2014 : PT Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI), a subsidiary of Tata Motors Ltd, and as Authorised Agent of Tata Motors in Indonesia, announced the handover of 15 units of Tata Vista to the Surakarta Car Rental Association (AREMSO) through the Tata Motors 3S dealer in Surakarta, PT Tata Mandiri Sentosa (TMS).

“It is such an honor for TMDI because our dealer, Tata Mandiri Sentosa, has deliverd the first eight units of Tata Visat to AREMSO,” said Pankaj Jain, Marketing and Distribution Director of TMDI.

Pankaj also said that the Tata Vista is an economical, comfortable and sporty hatchback, and comes with plenty of features that will spoil consumers. He is also confident that the Tata Vista operated by AREMSO in Solo will be an effective marketing tool to promote Tata Motors’ global quality for the Indonesian people, especially in Surakarta. AREMSO focuses its operations for both domestic and international visitors of Surakarta.

Soon AREMSO will receive another five units from TMS,” said Agus.
