First Tata Motors 3S Dealer in West Java Formally Inaugurated

Targeted to develop CV Market in Cikarang and Open Tata Motors Market in West Java

Jakarta, 28 April 2014 : PT Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI), a full subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited and authorised agent of Tata Motors in Indonesia, announced today (28/4) the inauguration of a new dealer in Cikarang, West Java, in cooperation with PT Surya Tata Mobilindo (STM). The inauguration was led by President Director of PT Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI), BiswadevSengupta, as appointed authorised agentof Tata Motors in Indonesia.

In an effort to provide global standard service for Tata Motors consumers, especially in Cikarang, West Java, STM is present as a 3S (sale, service and spare parts) center.

“The inauguration of the Cikarang dealer is a milestone for TMDI in its attempt to expand its sales network and to increase sales volume in Indonesia, particularly commercial vehicles. Cikarang and its surrounding area is very prospective, considering the rapid growth of the property sector and industrial area,” said Yulius Suryana, Director of PT Surya Tata Mobilindo.

Yulius also added that there is a high need for commercial vehicles in the Cikarang area. The team is confident that within the small pick up category, Tata Motors will be a favorable new optionfor small, medium and large enterprises.

The Cikarang dealer is strategically located to serve Tata Motors customers living and working in Cikarang and its surrounding area. Located in Jalan Imam Bonjol 10, the Cikarang dealer covers 2,200 m2 of land, and has a 1.000 m2 bulding that has a 5 unit show floor.
