Tata Ace EX2 is Titi Kamal’s Choice

Inspiration from husband gives Titi confidence that her business will thrive

Jakarta, 13 August 2016 – Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI), the authorized distributor and unit company of Tata Motors Ltd in Indonesia, is showing its commitment to support young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The company has launched program is cooperating with celebrity Titi Kamal, the owner of Ayam Jerit food business.

“The program is also part of TMDI’s commitment to promote Tata Motors products that would no doubt be an excellent asset for smart and creative entrepreneurs. With their top features, Tata Motors products are a solution for creative businesses, just like Ms. Titi Kamal’s restaurant,” said Biswadev Sengupta, President director, TMDI.

Titi Kamal shared how she began marketing her Ayam Jerit, or Screaming Chicken, food business in Benhill, South Jakarta, through sosial media. Then, she was inspired by the fast-accelerating trend of food trucks. Now, she is developing her Ayam Jerit through food trucks.

It was a coincidence that her husband Christian Soegiono is cooperating with Tata Motors, which strengthened her motivation to market her restaurant through mini food trucks.

“The Tata Ace EX2 700 cc has a compact dimension. Hence, it is suitable for mini food trucks. The price is affordable and thus the 700 cc diesel truck would not be a burden for any business in the present unfavorable economic condition. It would not exaggerating to say that the vehicle is suitable is a business vehicle,” she said.

Titi is confident her business will thrive. “This is especially as Tata Motors is already present in major cities where my customers and partners are located. I am now more confident that my business will thrive,” Titi said.
