TCW will support light maintenance for Tata Motors customers in 40 locations in Java and Bali. “In stages, TMDI would begin the operation of TCW. Last week we started with the TCW in Bogor. This week we will launch the first TCW in Jakarta, at CAS-NAWILIS Tanah Abang. It will be followed by one in Kalimalang, Serpong, and more to come,” said Biswadev Sengupta, President Director TMDI.
Biswadev said that TMDI targets to establish 40 TCWs in Java and Bali by March 2014, as they have obtained work agreements with 11 CAS owners in Jabodetabek and Tangerang area. Starting this December, we are planning to sign agreements with 15 CAS owners, so that by early next year no less than 25 points of TCW would be operating.

TCW is a form of cooperation between TMDI, Castrol Indonesia and CAS owners all over Indonesia to provide optimum extra service to Tata Motors vehicle owners in Indonesia, both for Tata Motors passenger cars and commercial vehicles for which the TCW is equipped with Tata spares and necessary tools
TCW mechanics are trained by the technical team of Tata Motors at its training center in Cevest Indonesia, to handle vehicle maintenance service and light reparation.
