Jakarta, 16 September 2013 – Following the successful inauguration of the first 3S dealer,Jawa Indie Motor in Jakarta, and the launch of three flagship products; Tata Vista (small hatchback), Tata Aria (Crossover MPV) and Tata Safari Storme, PT. Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI) today inaugurated its first 3S (Sales Service, Spareparts) dealer in Surakarta, PT. Tata Mandiri Sentosa (Mandiri Sentosa), located in Jl. Veteran 299, Surakarta.
Mandiri Sentosa is the second dealer in Indonesia to be inaugurated by Tata Motors. Employing around 25 people, Mandiri Sentosa is located in an area of 3,500 square meters with a 2,500 square meter building, with an ideal room layout comprising a showcase area, workshop, sparepart storage room, working room and training room. Complete with a comfortable waiting area featuring wificonnectivity, praying room and a discussion room for customers and Mandiri Sentosa staff.
Cuncun Kurniadi, Director of PT. Tata Mandiri Sentosa said that he is very confident of the prospect of interest in Tata Motors products in Surakarta, Jogjakarta and nearby areas. “The Mandiri Sentosa team is very committed to the successful service and sales of Tata Motors vehicles in Central Java.”
Meanwhile, President Director of TMDI Biswadev Sengupta who attended the inauguration said that Mandiri Sentosa is one of Tata Motors’ important partners in Central Java. “We are sure that with Mandiri Sentosa’s experience in customer service, Mandiri Sentosa will satisfy the need of Tata Motors’ customers and contribute to the development of the marketing and customer service of Tata Motors vehicles, both passenger and commercial vehicles.”
