VICE PRESIDENT BOEDIONO VISITED TATA MOTORS INDONESIA’S BOOTH

Jakarta, 21 September 2012 – PT Tata Motors Indonesia (TMI), Tata Motors’ License Holder in Indonesia, today received a visit from the Vice President of Indonesia, Mr. Boediono. Mr. Vice President visited Tata Motors Indonesia’s booth and was greeted by all managements led by Tata Motors Indonesia’s President Director Mr. Biswadev Sengupta at around 10.30 PM. Not only visiting Tata Motors’ booth, Vice President Boediono also showed his interest and conducted a discussion with the President Director of PT Tata Motors Indonesia, Mr. Biswadev Sengupta and the Deputy General Manager, Mr. Apong Arfiansyah about the advantages of one of the Tata Motors products, Tata Nano.

On that occasion, Vice President Boediono welcomed the Tata Motors’ team in Indonesia. “The Indonesian government surely hope that Tata Motors can provide transportation solutions needed by people of Indonesia,” said Vice President Boediono to Mr. Biswadev Sengupta.
“We’re really proud with the visit of Mr. Vice President and he even welcomed us warmly to contribute positively to the economic growth in Indonesia, “said President Director of Tata Motors Indonesia, Mr. Biswadev Sengupta after the visit of Mr. Vice President to the Tata Motors Indonesia’s booth.

In the 2012 Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS), Tata Motors Indonesia was present in 2 booths, and showcased 13 types of vehicles, including vehicles with CNG technology which is eco-friendly.
